Hi,

You're right, we need to update the README.
After installation you will find three new commands via the bin/magento command:

• dev:plugin:list - I recommend this one to use, it shows a list of the plugins used. This works pretty well so far.
• dev:plugin:graphviz - in development
• dev:plugin:visualize - not done yet
