Switching REST address renders certificate invalid

When switching the REST address, I ran into:

Error (Internal Error): HTTP request failed: error sending request for url (https://192.168.178.65:3002/GetNodeInfo): error trying to connect: invalid peer certificate: NotValidForName

[tnull]

While switching is maybe expected to fail (or do we want to issue a wildcard cert?) should probably include the configured address in this line of generate_self_signed_cert:
