Bot seems to be broken

I recently saw some instances where PRs are marked as 'ready for review' and the bot announces that it will assign a reviewer, but never does.

Last instance was: lightningdevkit/ldk-node#815

Hmm, not sure, it was running. I restarted it and sent a bunch of review reminders, not sure if it assigned. It might be time to ask claude to just rewrite the bot given how much better LLMs are from a year ago.

Seems the restart helped, it's reminding/assigning again.
