These don't fully agree with the definitions in the draft HEIG ObsCore note. In particular, em.gamma.uhe should be defined as >100 TeV rather than 100 TeV- 10PeV since this would become the highest energy electromagnetic spectrum bin defined in UCDs (currently it's em.gamma.hard which is defined as >500keV). You need the highest bin to be open-ended in order than we can cover the entire electromagnetic spectrum.

Again adding a neutrino note: would neutrinos get their "own" definition of energy ranges? Or is this rather a "particle" scale? What one calls high energy or ultra-high energy in the end is to some degree arbitrary, but I suppose they also roughly apply to neutrinos with the same boundaries (except that "hard" is below the detection threshold).
