End-user device example

It would be great to have an example of an "end user device" like a bridge device or a receiver to understand how to use composition of resources and to see what properties to set in the device and platform objects.

I found your great collection of servers at https://github.com/01org/SmartHome-Demo/tree/master/ocf-servers/js-servers but they all are servers that have one "basic" resource.

TBH I'm more familiar with providing the bindings than with actually building stuff with iotivity-node :) So, if anyone has any ideas, I'm happy to entertain them.

FWIW an example of a device containing multiple resources has just landed in c1d4d77. @Wind-rider does that qualify?

This repository https://github.com/mjkoster/ocf-resource-handler also has some nice examples. However what I was actually looking for was a device like an av receiver that has to follow certain semantics and has to contain resources like volume control, channel selection control etc.
