Powershell process can not be started

Describe the bug

with v1.0.45 copilot cli can not find/start the powershell on my system any more:

my powershell is installed via dotnet tools:

C:\Users\<username>>where pwsh
C:\Users\<username>\.dotnet\tools\pwsh.exe

Same here, on Windows Server 2022 Datacenter 21H2 with powershell and pwsh. Was working on 1.0.44.
Unable to work ; unable to downgrade copilot 1.0.44 with npm :/

dotnet tool uninstall --global PowerShell
"solved" the issue for me :(

[sharpSteff]

with v1.0.46 it seems to work again!
