Skills hint menu truncates long names

When using installed plugins, the full name plugin:skill is truncated in skill/prompts hint menu. See screenshot.

Proposed solution

1. Increase the display width of the skill name in the hint menu
   or
2. Allow to set the short plugin name alias
   or
3. Allow to disable the plugin-based prefix in the display name
