@blankenberg Is it possible the Kraken Data manager an option for downloading pre-built MiniKraken DB (4 GB) (or building SILVA) to be added?
I have tried to download Bacteria default database but I got an error since the database is quite size and memory demanding so the pre-built MiniKrakenDB is probably an option?
