Adding RepoAssist?

@abelbraaksma I'm experimenting with adding an automated AI Repo Assist to a few repositories in "fsprojects" to help

1. help maintain engineering
2. give advice about fixing bugs

The assist operates once daily (unless triggered manually by maintainer) can

• comment on issues
• create PRs that help meet the goals of the project

It cannot not merge anything. It uses Copilot CLI under the hood. It reports its activity through a running activity issue fsprojects/FSharp.Control.AsyncSeq#220

Would you be OK with me adding this to this repo for a month? I understand if not.
