sf org login web takes a very long time to return #3370
Description
Expected result
When I run sf org login web --alias longtime --instance-url https://login.salesforce.com , and successfully log in, it takes up to 45 seconds or so for the success message to be printed to the console. I'd expect this to happen relatively immediately as it was before.
Steps to reproduce
Run sf org login web --alias longtime --instance-url https://login.salesforce.com
Enter your credentials, close the browser window
The command remains open for like 45 seconds before the success message shows up (i.e Successfully authorized admin@happysoup.io with org ID 00DWU00000TUgZ12AL)
