Checklist for Website Updates

The Elekto Website was built in 2022 by Manish Sahani and myself, and has not received much in the way of updates since then. Here's a master checklist of things we'd like to see done with the website:

• update/upgrade all software components
• create a new, more readable logo and replace our logo everywhere
• update and refactor the website theme to be related to voting and elections
• check for, and fix all broken links (see "Get Started" link on front page leads to 404 #17)
• remove Manish's name from homepage, and replace with a developers & developer emeritus page
• update website to reflect our status as a sub-project of Kubernetes now
• update known users list to include Openstack, KNative, CHAOSS Foundation, etc. (will need authorization from each user)
• add a Contribute To Elekto page
