Provide a validation command #1
Description
@egekorkan suggested implementing a validation command. This command could be executed on any JSON file and it outputs the result of executing a JSONSchema validation on that file. The output may even provide useful tips on how to edit the file content to obtain a valid Thing Description. However, a first implementation may just output valid or notvalid.
