Notification in taskbar popping up when I hover my mouse through the app of Windows 10

Sometimes when I hover in the app, it creates a notification in the taskbar of W10.

I think it's emitting an event of balloon-show on tray: https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/api/tray
