Server can't connect

Arch linux .. Brave browser .. https://www.vimux.dev/learn .. Neovim tutorial .. server cannot connect .. times out .. tries again .. happening over days, so not just busy time.. is there a problem with the server or my browser ?  any help much appreciated .. thanks !
