Hi everyone,
After a lot of thought, I've decided to archive this repository.
This project started as part of my master thesis, and I'm grateful for how it grew — 338+ stars, 113 forks, 30+ contributors, and adoption across many open-source projects. That said, over the years I haven't been able to dedicate the time required to properly maintain it. Outstanding issues and PRs have been piling up, and it wouldn't be fair to the community to leave the project in a state where people expect responses that aren't coming.
What this means
- The repository will become read-only
- No new features, bug fixes, or security patches will be shipped from this repository
- Open issues and pull requests will not be addressed
- Existing releases continue to work — if you're using
contributor-assistant/github-action@v2.6.1, nothing changes for you
What you can do
- Fork this repository and continue development on your own — the Apache-2.0 license gives you full freedom to do so
- If you create and actively maintain a fork, please comment on this issue so others in the community can find it
