Parcel needs to copy images to the static files #28
The static files aren't working at the moment. There is no user-facing part of the site at the moment, but later it will need a favicon.ico and other images. Django's static files aren't set up correctly yet, but this is installed for Parcel. Another alternate method would be fine too.
