Some API pages return 404

Hello,

the API page for ModelValidator returns a "Not Found" error. See http://api.cakephp.org/class/model-validator. I assume this is not the only one, but the one I noticed.

Yeah the current API has a number of problems. We're hoping to replace it with a better API soon.
