[BUG] Notification message does not delete

🐛 Bug Description

I have no issues receiving a Tautulli notification but cannot clear / delete a single or multiple notifications

Language: English

✅ Expected Behavior

Manual deletion when I choose to do so

❌ Actual Behavior

Swipe left to delete or select all then a spinning gear appears with the word loading data

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Receive notification
2. Swipe left on notification
3. Select delete

Thank you for the prompt response @androidseb25. I have prepared the log file and have taken several screenshots. Before I send everything up kindly define sensitive data.. The log file is not very big so I shouldn't have difficulty locating that data but would still like to know what is is that I should not be including. Thank you again for your time and assistance.

Here is a little more detail on my setup:

1. I am hosting Gotify on my Unraid server (docker container from the Community App store)
2. When I access the Web GUI of said container I receive and am able to delete notifications.

With sensitive data I mean all information like url, client token, NTFY device token (redect after the 8 character)

When you running unraid then is there a problem on the unraid network side.

Is the community version for unraid up to date, because it's not maintained by me!

@androidseb25 As far as Unraid is concerned everything checks out. I have close to 40 docker containers running and have no issues deleting content from any of those containers. Community version = 2.9.1 as per the screenshot.

Forgot to add two more screenshots. The Gotify Unraid log is a llittle concerning. I should also mention that I also setup Telegram as an additional Notification Agent in Tautulli and that receives succesfully and notification can be deleted without issue
