this.env.error is not a function when adding extensions with `aio app add extension`

1. Run aio app add extension
2. Select any template
3. I receive this error. Everything else seems to work properly...Am I skipping a step here or something or is this a real issue?

Thanks! Can you provide an exact repro? For example, I tried with @adobe/generator-app-excshell extension and did not get any error.

1. @adobe/aio-cli installed, Make new dir and cd into it
2. aio app init step through creating new project
3. Select any template with Only Templates Supported By My Org, @adobe/generator-app-events-generic for example
4. New project created
5. Run aio add extension
6. Select @adobe/generator-add-action-target, yields
