There are only a few strings in wf-shell, but they should be translated.

The currently designated left and right boxes for the panel should be swapped to start and end as to properly reflect the user's language, as mentionned in #306.

Additionally, with glyphs carrying different meanings for certain cultures, icons should be accounted for.

With WCM recently getting localisation with gettext, now’s probably the time :)

Yes, this would be a good idea. Fortunately, @Secret-chest has paved the way for the meson build system portions of this task, so please follow the methods found in wayfire, wayfire-plugins-extra, wcm and other wayfire plugins that have localization installed.
