Error installing `minepy` from poetry in workflow using Ubuntu-latest

As a result of not being able to install [minepy](https://github.com/minepy/minepy) in github actions, the MIC module and related modules have been removed. However, if anyone hopes to incorporate this functionality later, then they can reference the `pairwise_compare_with_mic` branch, which successfully passed all tests on my local computer running Pop-os.
