What I have learned is that software requirements are not a set-in-stone thing that need to be heard and then written to paper. There is generally some flexibility that is present that could make development easier.
Being able to show an example or two of different cases where this has happened to be in real life that are made generic enough that it does not give away any company data would be pretty cool.
