Installing from release ZIP does not work

Attempting to install the release ZIP using "Install Module from .zip" produces

[VRCFaceTracking.Core.Services.ModuleInstaller] Error: Module SRanipalTrackingModule.zip does not contain a module.json file
[VRCFaceTracking.Core.Services.ModuleDataService] Debug: Rating for 74f18332-1bcf-4b55-832d-9c91069afa31 was cached as 0

Note: i downloaded the release, not the source ZIP.

For now, module .zips are required to include their own manifest.json, otherwise we have no other way of knowing anything about them. This is subject to change, but is a requirement for the time being.

The .zip listed in the download from this repo was created before the feature was implemented and is not intended to be used with the install from zip button as it already exists within the module registry
