Some proposals span multiple techniques and disciplines. At ISIS all our panels are organized such a way we can get proposals that need to be reviewed on one panel but needs the expertises of a different panel to help make the decision.
We need a feature like internal reviewer but for FAP reviews. I think it would be best to keep the review available to be filled in by the FAP_REVIEWER role.
The way I would like this feature to work is for the sect retries to click a button to and to be able to assign a reviewer from another panel and then that reviewer would fill in the review as normal.
