Add structure and holding content to the community page

TODO:

• Update contact us page to use social media icons matching community page
• Provide instructions on how to join the Community Call (say to go to slack #community-chat channel? Just post the link?)
• Decide whether to keep the embedded calendar or just link to the events page (so far, consensus leans toward "just link to the events page")

Yes, I think it would make sense to have another sentence or two, like:

Our contributing guide tells you how to run, modify and contribute to the software. Further information can be found in our online documentation.

I've just updated the TODO list above. I added a couple of points that might require some discussion:

1.) We don't offer clear instructions on how to find/join the community call. We should do that, and then we can link to it from the contact page to address the concerns I raised there. I'm just not sure of the best approach -- do we just share the Zoom link directly, or tell people to go to Slack for it? (I'd be inclined to just post the link, but then we need to remember to keep it up to date, and if it's public, there might be more chance of it getting abused).

2.) I feel like this page is a bit redundant with other pages -- there's quite a bit of overlap with the contact page, and embedding the full Google calendar duplicates much of the purpose of the events page. Some duplication is fine if it helps people find what they need, but I at least think we should consider removing the embedded calendar and instead just linking to the events page so things feel less busy.

Have added a section in the google doc for community calls - would the zoom link be in the google calendar (I've made that assumption in the doc, but can obviously change it)

Agree @demiankatz, I think we can remove the embedded calendar and just link to the events page.
