No longer starts after updating container this morning

I saw there was an updated image and upgraded and now the Tracks container stops almost immediately with a rails error.

I think this is due to the RoR update. I didn't have time to research why exactly this is happening, but the easiest fix for this is to add an environment variable SECRET_KEY_BASE to the container with a random string as content. This should work as before using the configuration file but apparently for some reason it doesn't.

That worked, it looks like it needs to be a hex(64) value.

Documentation/container image should be updated (maybe even have it generate one if not present?)
