Fix-WhiteNamespaces #36
Description
Sorry, can't get this command to work (as described in the upgrade doco)
I tried this on the nuget console, initially it crashed Visual Studio (2015)
Now it just gives me an error "Fix-WhiteNamespaces : The term 'Fix-WhiteNamespaces' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program"
Am I missing some context or some initial steps to get to the point where this command works?
