Handle regex input to list repositories from the same owner/organization

THe idea is to be able to handle input item like "github.com/team/*" and retrieve all public repos from the team.

It will requires to resolve the config file stored in the analysis folder with the actual list of repositories (to make it reusable if new repositories appeared meanwhile).

A "www.github.com/owner/*"

Would then be resolved as:

{
  "repositories": [
"www.github.com/owner/repo1",
"www.github.com/owner/repo2",
"www.github.com/owner/repo3"
], 
[...]

In the analysis folder (not changing the input)

This will allows to use the same input all the time if we want to evaluate a group with all repos but still the analysis folder will be standalone and stored the information of what repos have been analysed.
