When I solve this problem, I get new issues.

You can use

client = pymortar.Client("api.mortardata.org") with password and username set in environment.

But then another error occurs:
requests.exceptions.MissingSchema: Invalid URL 'api.mortardata.org/qualify': No schema supplied. Perhaps you meant http://api.mortardata.org/qualify?
