Bug Description

The channel named Project Elixir | Support on Telegram is not writable after joining.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://telegram.me/Elixir_Discussion :
2. Click View in Telegram ;
3. Click Join ;
4. See error : "Sending messages is not allowed in this group".

What I was going to ask is : if I have to pay to get Android 16 on my Xiaomi Mi 8, does the ROM come with official support and a long-term maintenance pledge ?
