Incorrect building identification and geometry in Kochi, Japan

I am using the Rapid editor to edit OpenStreetMap. The editor uses data from the Overture Maps buildings dataset. I am trying to add large areas of missing buildings in Kochi, Japan to OSM. However, almost all the buildings in the Overture Maps dataset in this area have incorrect geometry and position, making the data unusable.
