Update Python bindings on PYPI

The latest version on PyPI for is from 2022. Is it possible to update this and get it working on Windows?

I created my own bindings to Python, but I ended up doing a different way than you guys. I ended up using PyBind11 because I find it easier to reason with especially when I am I supporting a large list of environments.
