Currently we are filtering out Test Student when doing Roster Sync with Canvas based on if it includes the role test_user: 'http://purl.imsglobal.org/vocab/lti/system/person#TestUser', however, it is still being synced. We need to investigate why this is and fix it so that it does not come through.
