[Feature request] Turn off clickbait thumbnails on YouTube.

Feature Description

I sometimes end up wasting time due to so-called "clickbait" thumbnails—such as those featuring scenes that don't actually appear in the video. I would be very grateful if there were a feature to disable these clickbait thumbnails and instead display actual thumbnails taken from the video content itself.
