I'd like to use bring https://github.com/IFB-ElixirFr/ReproHackathon/blob/master/reprohackathon2/cwl/iqtree.cwl to https://github.com/common-workflow-library/bio-cwl-tools. Can you add a license to the repo or this file?

Yes, I will. I am in doubt on something though: Do you know if it would be possible to add a license to a part of this repository? Otherwise I'll have to contact all contributors, and getting all answers might take some time. :) Hervé
