README.md vs PyPI index

Hello,

The current version of the README.md mentions installation via pip:

pip install --upgrade "eventstreams_sdk>=1.3.1"

However, the PyPI index currently hosts only an older version of the library (1.1.1).
Do you have plans to update the PyPI index?
