Loading Timeout Indicator

No indicator when loading times out, user does not know what's going on.

This is part of a larger issue with the server occasionally erroring out when a user joins a room. Sometimes an invalid room id gets sent in the join request, causing the error, which then causes the client to get stuck loading indefinitely.
