• rbenv install 2.7.3 works but gem install bundler and make serve fail.
• rbenv install 3.4.6 (latest available) runs fine, but,
  gem install bundler gives error:

ERROR:  While executing gem ... (Gem::Exception)
    OpenSSL is not available. Install OpenSSL and rebuild Ruby or use non-HTTPS sources (Gem::Exception)

and make serve gives error:

Could not load OpenSSL.
You must recompile Ruby with OpenSSL support.
...

• compiling ruby 3.4.6 with openssl:
  RUBY_CONFIGURE_OPTS="--with-openssl-dir=$(brew --prefix openssl)" rbenv install 3.4.6,
  gem install bundler works fine, even updated by gem update --system 4.0.6,
  make serve gives error:
  An error occurred while installing prism (1.9.0), and Bundler cannot continue.
