Embedded graphml feature with JPEG, PNG, SVG export

Users should be able to export images with embedded .graphml which can serve as dual purpose:

1. can be viewed as normal jpeg, png, svg
2. can be exported and then imported back to the editor

This can increase sharing ability more and adds to the convenience.

That is fancy. But for this feature to be useful, you should then also immediately implement the import feature. Otherwise, until then it will remain an unnecessary/useless feature.

I am working on the import and ability to decode and create study out of the embedded images right now in the concore.

I have implemented the import feature in concore-editor itself.

As there were some changes in the logic of embedding the images in concore editor part for export, I will apply those changes in concore also and create a PR there
