Date and time picker buggy

datetime-local does not work very well:

- Firefox does not support the time picking (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1424984)
- Chrome shows AM/PM when language is set to EN-US (set to EN-Canada works as a workaround)
- Edge shows AM/PM regardless of language settings

Would be nice to implement a working date and time picker with enforced 24h format.
