Visual Studio 2019 support

In my company we're stuck on old build tools, which forces me to work with Visual Studio 2019.

Could VS2019 support be added?

@AmitGolden Its unlikely at this point, because for 2022 and up, the extensions are 64-bit to align with Visual Studio. To add 2019 would mean reworking it to work properly for 32-bit - which isn't an easy undertaking.
