Automatically delete Logs older than 1 year.

Unified has Joblogs for workflows dating back to Jan 2022.
As discussed in weekly P&R Dev meeting, @haozturk explained the 4 Types of logs created by unified

• Joblogs prepared by Unified
  stored at /eos/cms/store/unified/www/joblogs/

• Unified logs
  stored at /eos/cms/store/unified/www/logs
  can be cleaned by https://github.com/CMSCompOps/WmAgentScripts/blob/master/cleanlog.sh

• Prod job logs
  stored at /eos/cms/store/logs/prod/
  This is cleaned automatically by EOS (needs to be verified)

• Error reports
  stored at /eos/cms/store/unified/www/report/

Action items:

• We want to automatically delete anything older than 1 year.
• Get a green light from PPD/PDMV on Monday, 7th August 2023.
