Make the switch in AG Mini popup in Safari follow the more general rule for this page

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the following rule to the user rules:
   @@||kaiserpermanente.org^$document,important
2. Go to healthy.kaiserpermanente.org and open the popup

Expected Behavior

The switch should be turned off.

Actual Behavior

The switch is enabled.

Proposed solution

Consider broader rule applicable to the subdomains of this domain, and by disabling the switch delete the broader rule.

Wildcard is not really needed in those cases as || already fills that role (see https://adguard.com/kb/general/ad-filtering/create-own-filters/#blocking-by-domain-name)
@@||kaiserpermanente.org^$document,important should work for kaiserpermanente.org and healthy.kaiserpermanente.org.
You can check whether it's working by opening Safari console on healthy.kaiserpermanente.org and see whether Content blocker prevented frame displaying lines are present there.
If you're referring to the green switch in AG Mini popup, it won't appear disabled as @@||kaiserpermanente.org^$document,important is a broader rule.

I’m sorry. I didn’t finish reading. Are you stating that the AdGuard mini extension icon on the safari toolbar will not show the pause symbol even though it is not blocking?
