today i try create new torrent on ubuntu & [RESPONSE]-> ....TORRENT UPLOADED SUCCESSFULLY.

but when try same folder on windows i have error [RESPONSE]-> 'UploadBot - ['القيمة المحددة لـ type id غير صالحة.']
i think issue utf8?

any idea?
